We want you to love every item you purchase from Jixor, but if something isn’t right, you can return it easily.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (for U.S. returns).
- Securely pack the items and affix the label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or arrange for a pickup.
Refunds & Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus original shipping fees.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? Let us know, and we will happily process an exchange free of charge, subject to availability.
